What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment is a fully furnished accommodation available for short- and long-term stays, with hotel-like amenities for daily use.

What are your apartments like?

They come in different types, but all provide luxurious accommodations. Depending on your taste and preferences, we have

  • 2-Bed types
  • Townhouses
  • 2-Bed types with balcony

 What is included in the cost?

Although our serviced apartments differ from each other, we generally provide 

  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Secure car parking (depending on the apartment)
  • Regular housekeeping
  • Maintenance services (per request)
  • All bills and utilities (water, electricity)
  • TVs and DVD players
  • Kitchen amenities down to cutleries
  • Bathroom toiletries
  • En-suite (depending on the apartment)
  • Washers, dryers, iron, ironing board
  • All linens and towels

What are your apartments for?

Our serviced apartments are for various lodgings, whether you are in Manchester to see a football match or touring to see the attractions. 

These apartments are also suitable for extended corporate stays, providing executives and teams with an ideal base to stay in the city. If you are in need of corporate accommodations for your people, please go here.

How many people can stay in your apartments?

  • Riverside Apartments can house up to 5 guests
  • Cambridge St. Apartments can accommodate up to 6 guests
  • Bandy Fields Town houses are great for up to 10 guests

Do you accept people with disabilities?

Definitely. We want more people to stay in our apartments and have everyone to stay comfortably whilst they are in the city. However, some of our apartments are located in buildings that might be difficult for people who have a wheelchair. Please ask us for more details.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Yes, minimum of 2 nights.

BOOKING

 How can I book an apartment?

Go to our Home page and set your preferred stay dates in our booking engine. After selecting the dates, click the ‘Availability Calendar’ button. You will be directed to a page where you can view all the available dates of the apartments. You can also go to our Apartments page and select the dates of your stay.

  • You can customise your stay with us by selecting search by date
  • You can check the apartment’s availability by clicking on ‘Availability Calendar’
  • Regardless of your dates of travel, click the button for more accommodations under the displayed full list for a full overview of what we have

What if my choice apartment is not available at the time of booking?

You can choose other apartments that are available during your travel dates. Also give us a quick call to double check, we may have new apartments coming on line in time for preferred stay dates.

Can I book from OTAs?

Yes. However, you receive more benefits if you book directly from our web site.

PAYMENT 

What are your payment terms?

We require full payment prior to check-in and should be supported with a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking or BACS transfer. We do NOT accept cash.

Why can’t you accept cash?

We do not handle cash payments at the moment simply because we require 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 50% to be paid 14 days before arrival.

What types of credit or debit card do you accept?

We accept all payments, including Visa and MasterCard.

Do you have cancellation policies?

Yes. Within 14 days of arrival date and 100% of the accommodation charges will be incurred. We charge 50% if you cancel outside 14 days before arrival.

PRE-STAY

 I just made a booking with one of your apartments. I want to know how do I get the keys to gain access?

You will receive an email with the details related to your check-in. This includes the mobile number of our check-in host who will meet and greet you with the keys.

What time is check-in?

Standard check-in time is between 15:00pm and 22:00pm. We may be able to accommodate outside of these hours but subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

What time should I check out?

On your departure day, check out time is at 11:00am. However, we may be to accommodate you after that time, but it will incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

What documents do I need to submit before checking in to my apartment?

We require our guests to submit

  • Photo ID (i.e. valid passport, driving licence)
  • Proof of address within the last 3 months
  • Your personal credit or debit card at the time of booking
  • Registration card, which we issue and must be filled out clearly

Do I need my reservation confirmation when I check-in?

Yes. We recommend that you bring your reservation confirmation on the day of your arrival.

Can I get a refund if I leave earlier than expected?

This is covered in our cancellation policy - within 14 days of arrival date 100% of the accommodation charges will be incurred. We charge 50% if you cancel outside 14 days before arrival.

What happens if there are emergencies?
If you have an urgent maintenance issue or questions regarding check-in or housekeeping, please contact us at 0161 818 9753 or 0161 410 0379. If you are unsure, please contact our office number and they will contact the relevant department.

DURING YOUR STAY

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

No. All of our properties do not provide smoking areas and therefore smoking is not allowed in our premises.

Do you provide beddings?

Yes, they are complimentary during your stay and can be replaced with weekly housekeeping. 

Are towels provided in the apartment?

Yes. Every guest will have a bath towel. Our bathrooms have hand towels in them if you need it.

Are coffee and tea provided?

Yes. A small supply will be provided for you.

Is there free Wi-Fi in my apartment?

Yes. High-speed Internet connections are available in all apartments.

Do you provide toiletries?

Yes. We provide toilet paper and shower gels. 

Are there hairdryers provided in the apartment?

None.

Do you have iron and ironing board?

Yes, they are provided in the apartments.

Do you have car-parking areas?

Yes, but not all of our apartments. The following apartments have facilities for car parking:

Riverside Apartment

  • One (1) parking space per apartment
  • Secure gated car parking on site

Cambridge Street Apartments

  • No onsite parking facilities
  • You have pay and display parking directly outside the apartment. We also have numerous pay and display car parks in the area use M1 5BY post code when you search

Bandy Fields Town houses

  • One (1) allocated parking space

Do you allow parties like stag events in the apartments?

No. We strictly prohibit parties in all of our apartments because of the disturbance and noise they create. Our apartments are designed to be a place for work and for relaxation.

Do you have housekeeping?

Yes. We offer regular housekeeping services.

How often do you service the apartment?

Once a week, our maid service will come in to clean your room, and change the beds, linens and towels.

What if there are issues that require repair?

POST-STAY

What am I expected to do at check out?

You are required to vacate the apartment after check out, with all your personal belongings and important items. Failure to leave may incur additional charges.

How can I return the keys?

Your check-in host will provide full details of the check-out procedure.
